If you are not 100% satisfied please notify us within 7 days of the service and we will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service. We do not provide refunds.
Please grant us the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it is not cancelled within the 24 hour period you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
Hair and skin care products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt, no cash back, all refund credits will be put on The Glam Salon gift card. Cosmetic sales are final.

Level System – We offer a multi-level price menu to fit all beauty budgets. The service price is based on the demand that each of our service providers has earned on their time. Each service provider has completed our advanced Associate Training Program, which is similar to getting a master’s degree in our profession. Our level one service providers go to work with the equivalence of having 3 years of experience in our industry. The level price menu is to create longevity of the service providers in our salon company. All of our service providers are very talented and promise to deliver an outstanding guest experience each time you come in. Being a price level salon means we can meet all beauty budgets of the community.
